Rādhājī wears blue clothes because Kṛṣṇa’s complexion is also like that. Kṛṣṇa is also not less. He wears a Pītāmbara because the Pītāmbara resembles the golden complexion of Śrīmatī Rādhikā. Who is Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura? He is the manifestation of gaura-śakti Gadādhara Paṇdita. He has sung, “Being the maidservant of Śrīmatī Rādhikā, I will only strive for Her happiness. I will not strive for anything else.” Kṛṣṇa feels happy when Śrīmatī Rādhikā is happy and satisfied by someone’s service. If Rādhārānī is ecstatic, then Kṛṣṇa feels that He is a million times more ecstatic. By making Kṛṣṇa happy, Rādhārānī becomes so much happier and ecstatic. In this battle of selfless love, no one wants to be the loser.
